Spend time at the Beach with my family.
What is your favorite exercise or training style to program?
I love programming for my athletes. It’s fun putting together workouts that mix agility, plyos, and strength. I like seeing them get faster, more explosive, and stronger over time. I always try to keep things challenging and switch it up so they stay motivated and see real progress.
I f you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream!
Spill it—why did you become a personal trainer?
I became a personal trainer because I’ve always wanted to help people better their lives. Fitness is one of the most powerful ways to do that. Helping someone become stronger, more confident, and healthier is incredibly rewarding.
