Access to weekly “CrossFit” Programming
- Elevate your fitness game with our CrossFit classes. Our comprehensive program is designed to push your boundaries, improve strength, enhance endurance, and forge a community of like-minded individuals dedicated to achieving their fitness goals.
- Workouts are released every Sunday at 8am
Access to weekly “At Home/Sweat” Programming
- Cardio- and core-intensive workouts that don't require prior weightlifting experience. With a focus on dumbbell, kettlebell, cardio and bodyweight movements, Sweat can be done at home or at Open Gym.
- Workouts are release every Sunday at 8am
Fundamentals Training
- Required for athletes with no CrossFit experience
- 6 private sessions (4 solo / 2 in class with coach)
