We strive to improve your functional mobility, not just stretching your muscles. Displaying your range of motion under load or at speed is what we look for and work to help you improve over time. After your workout is over, holding static stretches is important for your recovery. Just like any other part of your fitness journey, flexibility is something that takes time, effort, and extra work outside of your daily routine!
